Contribution over titles
We care more about meaningful contribution than formal titles
Some people join GenZen as students, others as experienced professionals, facilitators, creatives or mentors
What matters is the willingness to contribute, learn and help others grow

We believe experience has enormous value
Not as a mechanism of control, but as guidance that helps younger generations grow without losing their authenticity along the way
